FREE COMMUNITY HIKES FOR MOMS + KIDS
COME AS YOU ARE
Join us for complimentary community hikes designed for moms, women identifying, children, and anyone who feels at home in a women-centered, nurturing space. These gentle group hikes are a chance to connect with nature, each other, and yourself.
Led by Autumn, a certified postpartum doula and nature therapy guide, these gatherings are more than just a walk in the woods. They’re a safe, welcoming space to ask questions about postpartum support, grow your confidence in the outdoors, and build genuine friendships with other women and mothers in your community.
Through movement, breath, and shared presence, we’ll remember how healing it is to be outside, supported, and seen.
Silverton-based, and available for gatherings throughout Central Oregon.
*These community hikes are entirely voluntary.
Participants join at their own discretion and will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to attending. By signing, you acknowledge that Autumn Kuenzi, Autumn Kuenzi Postpartum Doula LLC, is not responsible for any injuries or incidents that may occur during the hike.
